Mission Statement
 Piedmont Home Care (PHC) utilizes a team approach to provide clients
with instruction and emotional support in ways to remain safe and independent
in their home. This may be accomplished through various educational methods,
taking into consideration the variety of settings in which the patient
is taught as well as the needs and preferences of the patient. Emphasis
is placed on restoring clients to their maximum health potential. PHC
provides and promotes community education related to health care resources
and alternatives. PHC is committed to providing excellence in home care
and achieves this through continuous monitoring of the quality of care
provided.
